Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to review your application and run the clinic, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are
The GTM Performance Clinic (gtmpc.us) is run by Jesse Prier of Resonant Marketing Solutions LLC and Scott Renda of Protein Fabric LLC. "We" and "the coaches" mean the two of them.
What we collect
- Your application. Company name and website, the hub or community that invited you, and for each person taking part their name, email address and role.
- Your answers to the terms. If your team is accepted, whether you agree, have a question or opt out of each term of participation, any questions you write, and any competitors you list.
- Your contact choices. Your permission for us to email you about the clinic, and which updates you opted into.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to serve the site, block spam (Cloudflare Turnstile) and give us aggregate, cookie-free visit counts.
- During the clinic. Materials you choose to share and, unless you opt out, an AI transcript of the session, as described in the terms of participation you receive at intake.
How we use it
- To review your application and reply to your questions.
- To contact your team about this clinic: scheduling, materials and the intake survey.
- To prepare for and run your clinic, and to write your Training Plan.
- To send you updates from the GTM Performance Clinic, Resonant Marketing Solutions or Protein Fabric, only if you opted in. Every update includes an unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Only the two coaches. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We rely on a few service providers to run the site and the form:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the spam check.
- Resend delivers your application by email to the coaches.
- Files you share go to a secure Google Drive (or Proton Drive on request), or stay in your own links.
Your results stay private to your team. When we share lessons learned across startups, we remove or generalize identifying details, unless you give written permission to name you.
How long we keep it
- The site itself doesn't store applications. Each one arrives as an email to the coaches and stays there while we run this season's clinics, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Shared files are deleted, or their deletion is requested, 30 days after the engagement ends.
- Session transcripts are deleted 30 days after the session. No audio or video is recorded.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any update with the link in that email.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie that's strictly needed for security and the spam check.
Children
The clinic is for working startup teams and isn't directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date above.
