Leave with your Training Plan

Every team leaves with a bespoke plan: the top 1–3 things limiting your specific GTM, what to fix first, and recommendations on how to fix them.

01

The limiter

Buyers can't tell what changes for them in year one. The site and deck lead with the technology, so pilots stall at the budget-holder.

02

First priority

Rewrite the homepage and slide 3 around the operator's cost per site, using the two pilot results you already have.

03

30-day priority plays

  • Run five discovery calls with the new value line and log the objections.
  • Turn one pilot into a one-page before-and-after.
  • Hand one deal to someone other than the founder, start to finish.

02Who it's for

You may be a fit if this sounds familiar

"Our pilots aren't converting."

Customers like the trial. The paid contract stalls, and nobody can clearly state why.

"We have critical milestones to hit before the next raise."

Investors want proof the motion works, and the clock is ticking.

"We figured out pricing a while ago: cost-plus-markup."

That isn't a pricing strategy. It's your first pilot customer guessing for you, or you guessing in the dark.

"We have leads, not meetings""Every rep pitches differently""Investors like us but want demonstrated traction first""Our deck only works when I present it"
"Buyers love the demo, then go quiet""In-person conversations are the only way we get meetings""We can't tell which channel is working""Investors ask about CAC, and we guess"

06Questions

Answers before accepting

Cost, time, privacy. What to expect.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The clinic is a no-cost engagement. In exchange for their time, the coaches ask teams who had a positive experience to provide a case study, a quote, and/or referral.

Is every invited team accepted to the clinic?

No. A handful of companies are invited, and spots are first-come, first-served — limited to 3 per coworking space/community.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included

  • A coach review of your GTM materials
  • An intake conversation
  • A 60 to 90 minute clinic session
  • A written Training Plan

Not included

  • Building or rewriting assets for you
  • Running campaigns
  • Ongoing coaching

The clinic is diagnostic only: we review the materials you already have and recommend what to fix, but we don't redo your deck, site or other assets.

How much of our time does it take?

About 2 minutes to accept the invite, 25 minutes to prep, 60–90 minutes of live clinic sessions, and 20 minutes of follow-up.

What do we need to share, and when?

Once your team is accepted, you'll receive the terms of participation with the intake survey. Your answers to the terms, materials and the intake survey will be due at least 7 days before your scheduled clinic date, so that coaches have adequate time to review. From the list, share only what you're comfortable with:

What can I expect from participation?
We promiseWe don't promise
An honest read on what's limiting your GTMLeads, revenue or a funding round
One clear first priorityThat the fix is easy or fast
“Priority plays” you can run in the next 30 daysTo do the work for you
Will I be pitched during the clinic?

No. The clinic is focused exclusively on its objective of removing GTM bottlenecks for participant companies. While we do operate with select teams building products and getting them to buyers, we allow interested startups to reach out on their own to explore this. Startups may also opt into our newsletters if they like.

Who sees our results?

Your results stay private to your team. When coaches share lessons learned through engagement with startups across geographies, we remove or generalize identifying details, unless you give written permission to name you.

What happens with our story?

Nothing goes out with your name unless you approve it in writing.
